Powermeter battery/ batteries : replacement and recalibrate

For accuracy and further testing and assessment of your powemeter we now include calibration as standard with our powermeter service.  Not only will this ensure your powermeter is responding under load it will ensure that the data is accurate.  We will, on wireless units, reprogramme the SRM Powermeter ANT+ with the new slope which can then be picked up by your Garmin, SRM etc head unit when you re-pair in.

We can also supply and fit the appropriate chain rings and the calibration will then be done with the new rings fitted.  No charge for the fitting - please tick the box below if required and we will contact you for payment details.

We also recommend you print off and enclose this Service Checklist for clarity 

IMPORTANT :please send in your unit with chain rings ON, pedals OFF.

Please ensure that the unit is adequately packaged. Please ensure that it is cleaned as if not you may incur an additional service charge. Do not use solvents or pressure hoses to wash the unit with.

*** NEW EXPRESS SERVICE OPTION*** : for SRM powermeter battery replacement, calibration and SRM powercontrol battery replacement we are now offering an EXPRESS SERVICE option where we will turn round the service in 24hrs from receipt of the item so it will be dispatched back to you the following day by an express guaranteed servicel. If for whatever reason this cannot be achieved then the surcharge will of course be refunded.  Please note this only applies to a service not repairs where a longer time frame may be required.  The cost of this is an additional £115 on top of the normal service and carriage charges. 

Standard turnround option : please allow 4-6 working days plus transit time.  

PLEASE CONTACT US in advance to make sure that EXPRESS SERVICE is feasible as sometimes due to staff sickness or holiday's this isnt possible.
